Jennifer Lofing Boyle - Global Competence Certificate Program Manager

Jennifer brings over 15 years of experience in international development & training, focusing on community & social development, conflict resolution, and philanthropy, to World Savvy as the Academic Affairs Associate. Born and raised in California, she has lived on the east and west coasts of the U.S., and in Albania, Germany, and Kosovo, and has worked and travelled in over 40 countries and counting! Jennifer previously led programs at Give2Asia and Partners for Democratic Change, where she helped innovative community organizations and philanthropists around the world achieve the social impact they desire. Jennifer has volunteered in schools around the Bay Area, helping young people understand important global issues and how they relate to their lives. Through these experiences, she has developed a deep commitment to cultivating global citizens who have the vision and skills to collaborate across borders toward an ever-better shared future. Jennifer has a B.A. in International Relations from the University of California at Davis and a Masters in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She speaks German and basic Spanish, and enjoys hiking and scuba diving.
