Jignasha Pandya- Consultant

In her role at World Savvy, Jignasha is working with teachers to move their performance toward improving student learning by providing concrete & actionable feedback and resources to help develop unit plans around project-based learning experiences for students with a focus on global competencies. She also serves as the Project Manager of Data & Programs at the Reset Foundation where she has previously worked as an Instructional Coach. Jignasha started her career in education as a high school science teacher in Washington, DC with DC Teaching Fellows. During her tenure as a teacher, Jignasha earned the Highly Effective teacher status under DC’s rigorous teacher evaluation system and was selected as a Teach Plus Teaching Policy Fellow. She has also worked as a Selections Associate with Teach For India and as a Program Manager for TNTP for their principal pathway program in Philadelphia.

Jignasha holds a B.A in Neuroscience from Macalester College and a M.Ed in Education Policy and Leadership from American University.
