World Savvy Festival

Holiday Invite.jpg

The World Savvy Festival is culminating event that provides students and educators, participating in our World Savvy Classrooms program, with the opportunity to participate in various activities including a Design Challenge and presentation and exhibition of student work.

The Festival brings together students, educators, parents and community members, and advocates to celebrate students' progress and work. For those of you who have not participated in past Festivals, the video below will give you a sense of the experience.

Our Festival is designed so that students leave with an increased confidence in their own ability to make change. At the Festival, they will have the opportunity to showcase and celebrate their work with teachers, students, and community members. They also will demonstrate their ability to think critically, collaborate with new peers, build empathy, and seek multiple perspectives. We hope they leave feeling inspired to implement their projects in their community, and you’re energized by the experience, as well.
