Honor Moorman

Honor Moorman is an educational consultant who works with schools and organizations across the country. In her 20 years as an educator, she has been a classroom teacher, literacy specialist, dean of instruction, and school coach. Her areas of passion and expertise include literacy, digital learning, and global education. She has been a university instructor of pre-service teachers and facilitated countless professional learning experiences for in-service teachers. She is currently an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Education at Trinity University.

Recently, Honor has served as the Associate Director for Professional Development and Curriculum at Asia Society and as the Implementation Team Leader at World Savvy. She was also a curriculum designer for the Global Competence Certificate Program at Teachers College, Columbia University and served on the NYC Global Education Coalition’s professional development steering committee. Honor consults for several global learning organizations including Asia Society’s International Studies Schools Network, Global Nomads Group, Primary Source, the Ross Institute, and World Savvy.
