Layla joined World Savvy as our Evaluation Manager in August 2023. Layla is passionate about fostering community and belonging, as well as making spaces more accessible and connecting people to the resources that they need. She is determined to utilize data to make a difference in her community and evaluate the needs of those around her.

Layla graduated from Goucher College in May 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has several years of experience in research through a combination of academic and work opportunities, including performing duties such as data analysis and presentation.

In her free time, Layla loves reading, knitting, spending time with those that she loves, and trying new things or places.
