Coaching

The purpose of coaching is to work with teachers and support their efforts to implement the frameworks and resources from our professional development opportunities and embed global competence into their everyday practice, including but not limited to classroom culture, instructional approach, lesson development, assessment, and communications with both students and families. Using World Savvy’s Educational Approach, we will help teachers make connections between their curricular goals and the Matrix, promote interdisciplinary work by creating systems to facilitate collaboration across classrooms and subjects, foster the taking of informed action on the part of students by scaffolding the necessary skills and dispositions, reflect on their own growth and development as it pertains to global competence, and adapt to the needs of their students.

All Comprehensive School Partnership options include coaching hours and additional hours are available to be added on.
