$100 Funds an educator in a World Savvy workshop, where they’ll build skills and discover resources to create more inclusive, equitable, and student-centered learning environments.

$500 Funds personalized coaching for two educators to integrate global competence into their practice, providing students with the knowledge, skills, values and dispositions they need to be leaders in their local and global communities.

$1,000 Funds 200 student participants in a school-based festival, where students share their ideas for changing the world with authentic audiences, presenting projects that address issues important to them and their communities.

$2,500 Funds Cultural Competence Training for ten educators, helping them to see diversity as an asset and empower their students to collaborate across cultures, communicate across differences, and solve complex problems.

$5,000 Funds a Student Design Challenge, where students come together to utilize design thinking to solve a community problem in their own unique way, preparing a new generation of empathetic and engaged global citizens ready to address complex, real-world challenges.

World Savvy Graduates

World Savvy alumni Kelsey Larson and Leah Norman recently shared with us the impact World Savvy had on them - not only as students, but now in their adult lives and careers. Kelsey recently earned her Master of Arts in Education from Stanford University and is now a courageous educator committed to equity and global competence in her classroom. After graduating from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Development, Leah is making her mark in the social impact sector and pursuing her Masters of Public Policy after serving in the Peace Corps.
