Higher Education Partners

We’re actively seeking new partnerships with institutions of higher education — including but not limited to the following offerings:
Offer the Global Competence Certificate
Launched by World Savvy in 2014, the Global Competence Certificate (GCC) is the premier, online, graduate-level certificate program in global competence education for teachers. The GCC program is designed specifically for in-service educators who are interested in embedding global learning into their teaching practice and preparing their students for the complex reality beyond the classroom.
World Savvy is currently seeking higher education partners to deliver the GCC – please contact us for more information.

Host a Pop-Up Design Challenge
We work with University partners in various locations to host Design Challenges, or Knowledge-to-Action (K2A) pop-ups. K2A pop-ups are one-day design challenges for middle and high school students to come together and create ideas for making change in their community. At a K2A pop-up, youth participants will work in groups to explore, interview, brainstorm, and build action around a question addressing an issue in their community. Interested in bringing a Design Challenge to your campus?
“Their learning model is amazing in that it brings together students with an authentic, meaningful topic that they choose themselves. It’s where they can engage without the fear of grades. They’re focused on what matters to them and to their local community, and collaborate without having a teacher over their shoulders.”
